RAIN Group launches Self- Study+ for sales teams

Global sales training company RAIN Group announced the launch of Self- Study+ on 9 August. The new offering combines the “advantages of self-paced learning with the power of practice, feedback, and collaboration”, according to the Boston-headquartered company. The programme features 77 modules across critical skill areas and 11 standard learning journeys. Sellers complete a self-study program in cohorts, complete application assignments to apply the learning to real-life sales situations, and receive regular coaching and feedback.

Sabio wins CX implementation at Davies

Digital customer experience transformation specialist Sabio Group has been selected to transform a contact centre and CX technology infrastructure at specialist professional services and technology business Davies, which serves insurance and highly regulated markets. The new platform will open up new communication touchpoints, offering customers greater freedom to choose how and when they communicate through a seamless multi-channel platform.

Sabio’s Chief Experience Officer at Group, Mark Betts said: “We are hugely excited by this project with Davies.
