Homebuilder extends ISP membership

Homebuilder Keepmoat has enrolled almost 120 sales professionals as members of the Institute of Sales Professionals as part of a focus on customer service through sales excellence.

Announcing the move on 5 September, the ISP emphasised how the initiative will support continuous professional development of Keepmoat’s salespeople and promote high ethical standards. The salespeople will take the ISP’s registration exam which tests selling skills, knowledge, professional ethics and decision-making.

The extended initiative comes after two of Keepmoat’s regional sales teams originally signed up with the ISP some 18 months ago. Now all eight of the company’s regions – from director level to frontline sales executives – have joined up.

Andrew Mason, divisional chair for Keepmoat North West, Yorkshire West and South Midlands, explains: “The dedicated training tool, programmes and exclusive qualifications offered by the ISP will support the continued personal development of our fantastic sales team.

ISP managing director, Patrick Joiner adds: “We look forward to working with the Keepmoat team, supporting them in their commitment to develop sales capability across the business.”
