  1. What is your experience of achieving sustained success in similar sales environments (market maturity, go-to-market model, deal size and complexity, etc) and what were the most important things you did to achieve that success?
  2. How will you assess whether the current sales organisation is appropriately structured and organised to achieve our business objectives?
  3. How will you assess whether we currently have the right people in the right positions across the sales organisation? If not, how will you address this?
  4. What, in your experience, are the most important elements of a successful and effective sales plan? Other than revenue generated, what are the most important success metrics?
  5. What, in your opinion, are the most important qualities of a front-line sales manager, and what have you done in previous roles to maximise their success?
