INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS consultancy, Trippant announced on 9 July that Alex Chamberlen has joined as Business Development Director. Chamberlen’s background is leading the new business team at Engage Digital Partners and serving as Managing Director at OMNIGON communications. He brings extensive experience in the tech and sports sectors, having led commercial teams for ESPN and CNN.

FYLD, which specialises in AI-powered work execution platforms to enhance productivity and the safety of field workers, announced the appointment of Diego De La Sotta as the company’s new Chief Commercial Officer on 18 July. In his new role, De La Sotta will spearhead FYLD’s international growth strategy, “aiming to amplify the company’s footprint from the United Kingdom to North America, Latin America, and Australia, where the heavy civil and utility industries are facing escalating costs, labour shortages and severe supply chain disruptions”.

EXPANDING IT firm Integrity IT Solutions, which serves clients across Scotland and the north of England, has appointed a new Head of Operations to lead growth. Michael Quinn, who has 30 years’ experience in the IT sector, has joined the firm, which is part of Eco Group. Quinn, who ran his own successful IT business, is already starting to grow the company’s business across Glasgow and the rest of the Central Belt, and is targeting further growth in other parts of the UK.
