Aviso and Consalia partner to smooth agentic AI adoption
29th September 2025 | Journal Of Sales Transformation

Agentic AI-powered revenue execution platform, Aviso announced a strategic partnership with UK sales business school Consalia on 16 September. The initiative aims to address a critical challenge facing chief revenue officers: sales teams struggling to effectively embed AI tools and autonomous agents into workflows and company culture.
“AI succeeds when it aligns with human psychology, not when it fights it,” explains Consalia CEO Dr Philip Squire.
California-based Aviso says integrating AI into organisations can leave businesses with underutilised technology investments – a problem reflected in recent Gartner research* showing that 73% of organisations remain cautious about agentic AI adoption.
Indeed, Gartner goes so far as to claim that “over 40% of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by the end of 2027, due to escalating costs, unclear business value or inadequate risk controls”.
“Most agentic AI propositions lack significant value or return on investment (ROI), as current models don’t have the maturity and agency to autonomously achieve complex business goals or follow nuanced instructions over time,” Gartner Senior Director Analyst, Anushree Verma explains.
Driving agentic AI adoption
The new Aviso-Consalia partnership seeks to overcome this hurdle for sales organisations by creating what is believed to be the industry’s first integrated solution designed specifically to drive consistent AI and agent adoption while accelerating a values-based selling philosophy. It combines Aviso’s revenue intelligence platform with Consalia’s Sales Mindset framework – an evidence-based selling approach, founded through doctoral research into how customers want to be sold to.
The solution targets several key business outcomes:
- Faster ramp time – AI-driven coaching with behavioural change frameworks reduces new hire time-to-quota achievement.
- Higher adoption – Behavioural change methodology embedded in AI recommendations drives consistent tool usage.
- Smarter engagement – Enhanced coaching prompts and forecast guidance optimise sales interactions.
- End-to-end visibility – Sales managers gain integrated dashboards showing both performance metrics and adoption patterns for data-driven coaching effectiveness.
The collaboration directly targets three costly problems identified by revenue leaders: extended sales representative onboarding periods, inconsistent adoption of AI-powered sales tools across teams, and the persistent gap between AIgenerated recommendations and actual behavioural change in sales organisations.
Aviso CEO Trevor Rodrigues-Templar, tells the Journal: “This partnership solves the AI adoption challenge by integrating values-based selling mindsets directly into our Agentic AIpowered revenue platform.”
Because recommendations appear within real workflows and are aligned with sales mindsets, technology adoption rates tend to increase within the first 90 days, according to Eddie Guevarra, Head of Marketing at Consalia. Moreover, managers gain visibility into how tools are used and how behaviour aligns with performance outcomes. “Coaching becomes more targeted and impactful, with measurable improvements in deal velocity and pipeline progression in six to nine months, he adds.
Dr Squire concludes: “By fusing Aviso’s agentic AI with our values-based Sales Mindsets, this partnership turns guidance into action – and action into repeatable performance.”
